Well most people are dying to lose their weight so here’s a really quick tip to lose weight, Well that’s TreadMill. Make TreadMill your friend, Do it daily in the morning before break fast or any time that suits you the best but don’t skip it. TreadMill is a really good source of exercise and it even builds up your stamina. You can do other exercises as well but don’t miss treadmill because it’s the key to weight loss, Do it in regular basics and you will see the difference in no time.

Well for teens, I know they just don’t like walking on the treadmill all the time, they get real bored. So I suggest that you should have xbox 360 with kinect, xbox 360 is a  great game console and with kinect its even better. Its a device that envolves you to do what ever the character in the game is doing. So there are several CD’s of it which includes Dance Central, and its really amazing believe me I have tried it and it’s so much fun. You don’t even know if your exercising but you really are. So do try this and tell me how you feel about it.
